Trainer Assessors competency selection can be made directly, or via subjects. Competencies that are already attached to a Trainer/Assessor are not displayed.

Enrolment Invoices: Functionality addition: invoices will now (also) be issued after a period of days elapses when an enrolment is made. Should another enrolment be made in a module, then the delay for invoice issue starts again. Recommendation: Don't set the delay below 10 days. Default is 365 days, which means that the default issue 30 days from the end of the module will apply.

Changes to the issue of refunds by the system. Enrolment refunds remain the same. Other refunds: No longer included on the invoice: Approximately 5 minutes after an invoice is issued the system will automatically issue a receipt based on the amount of the invoice and the refund amount currently recorded by the system.

Fix in mailer diagnostics for new phpMailer module.

Added ability to manually issue a refund receipt against any invoice.
